These aren’t your average blueberries. Each berry in our Blueberry Eau de Vie was meticulously hand-selected from a small, family-run farm northwest of Forest Grove. The farm is home to a rare strain of high-bush blueberries known as Blue Jays, cultivated for over 35 years with unparalleled care and expertise.
Harvested by hand on August 11, 2022, over 11 tons of these premium blueberries were gathered at the peak of ripeness. Their vibrant, robust flavor profile brings a distinctive depth and character to every bottle, making this spirit truly one of a kind.
